July 11th, 2016, in a small Italian province Riccardo and Giovanna had a date in an penthouse that has long been used for their loving encounters. The two lovers, for some years, had a bdsm relationship, where Riccardo forced Giovanna to tied him up and dress him as a woman; but that afternoon something went wrong and he is left home alone for more than four hours tied tight to a pole. Riccardo suddenly fainted and the chain around his neck suffocated him to death. The autopsy revealed large amounts of alcohol in the victim's blood. Was she guilty of premeditated murder or was it just a twist of fate?
